Overview

At Lufthansa Systems, I led the creation and adoption of a scalable, multi-platform Design System supporting eight digital products across the aviation technology ecosystem. I introduced governance, systemized UI foundations, and centralized brand assets to improve consistency and collaboration. This work enabled teams worldwide to design faster, more predictably, and with a unified visual language.

Responsibilities

  • Built and scaled a multi-platform Design System for 8 digital products, reducing inconsistencies and improving UX predictability.
  • Launched the Lufthansa Systems Brand Center, centralizing assets and documentation for 1,000+ monthly users.
  • Delivered 50+ workshops and training sessions to boost Design System adoption across cross-functional teams.
